About Us
A bunch of Christian singles got together and decided to create a ballroom dance club.
A place that's smoke free, drug and alcohol free, safe, and a place to have fun and fellowship.
It's not for profit. We do ask for a $5 donation to help pay the rent on the place where we are meeting.
We are constantly seeking volunteers and leaders to help us. We are mainly about providing an alternative
on Friday nights for Christians and non-Christians.
Our Prayer
It is our prayer that we do God's will and be part of His plan at all times.
That we protect and edify the body of Christ.
That we live our lives in such a way so that others are drawn to Christ.
Dance in Scripture
11
You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;
You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,
12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to
You and not be silent.
O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.
16 “But to what shall I liken this generation? It is like children sitting
in the marketplaces and
calling to their companions, 17 and saying:
‘ We played the flute for you,
And you did not dance;
We mourned to you,
And you did not lament.’
3 “ Yes, I have loved you
with an everlasting love;
Therefore with loving-kindness I have drawn you.
4 Again I will build you, and you shall be
rebuilt,
O virgin of Israel!
You shall again be adorned with your tambourines,
And shall go forth in the dances of those who rejoice.
13
“ Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance,
And the young men and the old, together;
For I will turn their mourning to joy,
Will comfort them,
And make them rejoice rather than sorrow.
4
A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring[b] out the best robe and put it on him,
and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. 23 And bring the fatted calf here
and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; 24 for this my son was dead and is alive again;
he was lost and is found.’ And
they began to be merry.
25 “Now his older son was in the field. And as he came
and drew near to the house, he
heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked what these
things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has
received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’
14 Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod.
15 So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting and with the
sound of the trumpet.
16 Now as the ark of the LORD came into the City of
David, Michal, Saul’s daughter, looked through
a window and saw King David leaping and whirling before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.
1 Praise the LORD!
Sing to the LORD a new song,
And His praise in the assembly of saints.
2 Let Israel rejoice in their Maker;
Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3 Let them praise His name with the dance;
Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp.
4 For the LORD takes pleasure in His people;
He will beautify the humble with salvation.
